Salmon Bowl


Salmon Bowl Ingredients

8 oz salmon filets

2 cups white rice

2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

1 cucumber thinly sliced

1 sweet potato, peeled and diced

1 lb brussel sprouts, cleaned, stems removed, halved

Sriracha or yum yum sauce



This recipe is a quick and easy which makes it a great option for weeknights. Pull out the air fryer and let’s get cooking! 

Put sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts in one of the air fryer compartments. Drizzle with Black Garlic & Ginger olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Prep air fryer to proper cooking instructions. 

Season the salmon fillets. Drizzle with Black Garlic & Ginger olive oil. Cook in air fryer according to air fryer directions. 

Meanwhile, cook rice to box directions. 

Thinly slice cucumbers. 

To assemble, fill bowl with rice. Add salmon and arrange vegetables in bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional). Drizzle with sriracha or yum yum sauce.
