Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes
1 jalapeño pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. Jalapeño Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Directions
Slice tomatoes and rough chop in food processor. Add jalapeños, green pepper, onion to food processor, rough chop. Add salt, vinegar and red peppers. Cook 30 to 45 minutes on medium heat. Chill for 2 hours then serve!
