Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade Ingredients
1/2 cup bourbon
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup Great Lakes Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Great Lakes Olive Oil
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 tsp. salt
Ground pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mix bourbon, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper in bowl.
2. Pour marinade over meat of your choice. Let marinate for at least 6 hours.
